If FENEKIA is unable to obtain an ordered product from its suppliers, we undertake to inform you as soon as possible.

Items are presented either in a FENEKIA cotton pouch, or carefully wrapped in tissue paper. All items are then over-packed in an unmarked cardboard box, without any voluntary mention of FENEKIA on the parcel label, in order to limit possible theft.

Shipping times

We do our utmost to process and dispatch all orders placed before 5 p.m. on the same day. However, the processing and preparation time for an order may be longer, depending on the item, and may take between 1 and 2 working days. As soon as you receive the dispatch confirmation e-mail, you can take into account the delivery times of the carriers indicated below.

In the case of an order that includes one or more unavailable products as well as one or more available products, we will ship the order as soon as we receive all the products that make up the order. If you wish to receive the immediately available products as soon as possible, we advise you to isolate these items in a specific separate order.

Deliveries take place within 48h from Monday to Saturday morning, except public holidays. Your order will be delivered to the address indicated on the order form. If you are absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left for you to pick up your parcel at the nearest post office. Packages are held at the post office for 15 calendar days. If you do not collect your parcel within the time limit set by the carrier, the products will be returned to FENEKIA.

Delivery outside mainland France
For delivery outside mainland France, FENEKIA selects the most advantageous means of transport for its customers: Colissimo international... Delivery times vary according to the destination country and the weight of the parcel, to ensure the lowest possible cost.

For delivery in Europe, lead times vary from 2 to 8 days depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs
We would like to give you precise information about shipping costs. For each order, we indicate the exact amount of shipping costs to be paid once the delivery address and mode of transport have been selected, before your order is validated.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the place of delivery, the weight and the total volume of the items ordered, so as¸ to ensure that the cost is as fair as possible.

How can I return an item ordered on the site?

Returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging.

Any product damaged or whose original packaging is damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.
