Indicate quantities requested per product
Identify yourself either by entering your strictly personal login and password, or by entering all the information usually required for online registration.
Clearly indicate the information required for delivery. This applies in particular to the precise delivery address and any restrictions on access to the delivery location (building, floor, keypad, etc.).
Indicate delivery method
Read and accept the general terms and conditions of sale, and indicate your chosen method of payment.
Once you have selected the method of payment, you can proceed to the payment of your order on the secure interface, which will formalize the sales contract between you and FENEKIA in a firm and definitive manner.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
An e-mail is automatically sent to you to confirm your order, provided that the e-mail address you entered in the registration form is correct.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products are available while stocks last. Availability may vary on the same day depending on sales levels. If a product is unavailable, this is indicated on the product page or in the basket summary. If you are told at the time of purchase that the product is 'on order', the delivery time will be approximately 3 to 4 weeks. If FENEKIA is unable to obtain an ordered product from its suppliers, we undertake to inform you as soon as possible.
PRODUCT PACKAGING
Items are presented either in a FENEKIA cotton pouch, or carefully wrapped in tissue paper. All items are then over-packed in an unmarked cardboard box, without any voluntary mention of FENEKIA on the parcel label, in order to limit possible theft.

Shipping times
Orders placed online via https://WWW.FENEKIA.COM are collected daily from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays. We do our utmost to process and dispatch all orders placed before 5 p.m. on the same day. However, the processing and preparation time for an order may be longer, depending on the item, and may take between 1 and 2 working days. As soon as you receive the dispatch confirmation e-mail, you can take into account the delivery times of the carriers indicated below.
In the case of an order that includes one or more unavailable products as well as one or more available products, we will ship the order as soon as we receive all the products that make up the order. If you wish to receive the immediately available products as soon as possible, we advise you to isolate these items in a specific separate order.
Delivery times in mainland France
Standard delivery by La Poste (lettre suivi or lettre suivi max 3kgs /colissimo) (recorded delivery time of 48h)
Deliveries take place within 48h from Monday to Saturday morning, except public holidays. Your order will be delivered to the address indicated on the order form. If you are absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left for you to pick up your parcel at the nearest post office. Packages are held at the post office for 15 calendar days. If you do not collect your parcel within the time limit set by the carrier, the products will be returned to FENEKIA.
Delivery outside mainland France
For delivery outside mainland France, FENEKIA selects the most advantageous means of transport for its customers: Colissimo international... Delivery times vary according to the destination country and the weight of the parcel, to ensure the lowest possible cost.
For delivery in Europe, lead times vary from 2 to 8 days depending on the destination country.
Shipping costs
We would like to give you precise information about shipping costs. For each order, we indicate the exact amount of shipping costs to be paid once the delivery address and mode of transport have been selected, before your order is validated.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the place of delivery, the weight and the total volume of the items ordered, so as¸ to ensure that the cost is as fair as possible.

How can I return an item ordered on the site?
You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of goods to return any products ordered on the WWW.FENEKIA.COM website.
Returns are free at WWW.FENEKIA.COM if you are in France or Belgium.

You will receive a return authorization e-mail and a shipping label.
Which items ordered on the site can be returned?
Returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging.
Any product damaged or whose original packaging is damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.
What is the deadline for returns?
You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to return an item and the reason for the return.
Once we have given you a return authorization number, you must return the items to us within a few days.
Can I exchange an item?
If you return an item for a color problem, we can send you back the same product in another color.
In this case, the shipment of the new item is offered by FENEKIA.
What are the repayment terms?
Upon receipt of your return package, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your return.
You will then be reimbursed on the card used for payment.
